Carolynne Wintrip is a dynamic, results-oriented facilitator and team effectiveness coach who supports people and organizations in navigating successful, sustainable change. She has extensive experience in designing and delivering in-person and virtual workshops and meetings that support leadership, personal and team development through self-awareness, communication, resilience, change and essential workplace skills.
Carolynne has designed and delivered more than 80 virtual learning workshops this past year. As more and more companies move to virtual work, her expertise is being sought to help support the transition. She is a facilitator for the Humber College Virtual Instructor Led Training Program, and she played a key role in its design and development.
Her career began in health care where she quickly progressed into leadership roles with accountability for organizational learning and development, quality improvement and transformational change. She has led consulting teams in developing and implementing new business strategies, launching new products, creating and managing partnerships, managing client service, and growing the business. She has worked with clients in a range of industries including financial services, pharmaceuticals, health care, higher education, government, municipalities, small business, and not-for-profits.
When working with clients, Carolynne helps people discover and act on new possibilities in themselves and their work. She makes the learning experience relevant, practical, and actionable so people walk away ready to apply new approaches.
Carolynne has earned an MBA in Organizational Behaviour from the Schulich School of Business and a Bachelor of Applied Science from University of Guelph. She is a Certified Team Performance Coach (CTPC) from Team Coaching International, a Certified Emergenetics® Associate, and certified Personal Resilience Practitioner (PRP).
